## FAQ

### What happens when I reach my question volume?

You are notified and can add a pack (+1,000 questions for €29, +10,000 for €279, valid for 12 months) or move to the higher plan, which is better value if the overrun recurs.

### How many bots can I create?

1 on Discovery, 2 on Essential and 5 on All-in, sharing one question volume. Beyond that, the partner offer is on quote.

### What does the All-in plan include?

All of Régis, on a yearly plan: 150,000 questions per year, 5 bots, the Expert Base, unlimited connected skills and guided onboarding by our team.

### Can I change plan?

Yes, at any time, from your account. The change takes effect immediately.

### Does the free trial commit me?

No: you create your bot, test it on your website, and then choose a plan.

### Are the options mandatory?

No. The plans work on their own; the Expert Base and connected skills are added when you need them, or are already part of All-in.

### Do you offer support?

Yes: personalised consulting (from €490) covers the definition of your scenarios, the writing of sensitive answers and the optimisation of wording.

- Annual plan: two months free compared with the monthly plan, with twelve months of questions. All-in is available on a yearly plan only.
- One question = one message sent to Régis. Packs are valid for 12 months and add to the volume included in your plan.
- Expert Base as an option on Essential, Connected skills as an option on Discovery and Essential: both are included in All-in.
