Régis is a French AI assistant (chatbot) that answers website visitors 24/7 in place of the team: customers, prospects, citizens, members. It builds its knowledge base from the website (crawl, HTML to Markdown), can be enriched by hand (welcome message, suggested questions, free-text knowledge, directives) and, with the Expert Base option, indexes pages and uploaded documents with a retrieval pipeline (embeddings + vector search) for precise, contextual answers. Skills let it act: basic skills in every plan (lead capture, unanswered-question alerts, documentation links, appointment links) and, with the Connected skills option, WordPress content (posts, pages), WooCommerce (order tracking, product catalogue), CRM (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce), billing (Stripe, WooCommerce PDF invoices) and custom API skills (endpoint, method, API key). Design: title, logo, colours (header, bubbles, buttons, footer), sounds, teaser, contact e-mail. Integration: one script tag, a WordPress plugin, a QR code, an iframe preview. Statistics: sessions, messages, average per session, leads, unanswered questions, skills used, 30-day chart, weekly or monthly insight reports by e-mail. Answers in the visitor's language.
