An action Régis can trigger when the conversation calls for it ("where is my order?", "I want a quote"): ask the missing questions, query a tool, answer with the result.
Can I connect a tool that is not in the list?
Yes, with a custom skill: you describe your API endpoint, the method, the key and what the service returns. Régis then knows when to call it.
Is the data collected in the conversation kept?
It is used to perform the action and follow up the relationship, under the conditions described in our GDPR register: hosting in Europe, no transfer to third parties.
